What exactly do I receive?
Each product is a set of document pages: plan worksheets, calendar grids, checklists or written copy drafts. The product page describes what the pages contain.
Do I need special software?
No. You only need a way to open the document and print it. You can write on printed copies by hand.
Do the documents promise results?
No. They are planning and drafting aids. Sample charts in previews use made-up figures labelled as sample data, and nothing in a document predicts sales, traffic or income.
Can I print as many copies as I like?
You may print working copies for your own business or personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute or share the files themselves.
Why do some downloads say Preparing?
The printable worksheet and the launch checklist are ready to download today. Other titles show a Preparing notice in your dashboard until they are finished, so check back later in your account.
What are the budget and posting calculators on the home page?
They are small informational tools that do simple arithmetic in your browser, such as splitting a budget by percentages. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved.
Is the copy ready to publish as written?
Treat it as a draft. Bracketed fields mark where your own details go, and you should check every claim, price and date against your own facts before publishing.
Which bundle covers which documents?
Each category has one library or bundle that gathers the documents of that category at one price. The product page names every included document.
How will I receive my purchase?

What is your refund policy?
